India Forge has the facilities to manufacture fully machined rings from 50 mm to 2000 mm diameter using ring rolling and forging processes.
India Forge has developed specialized capability for manufacturing of profiled rings which are being supplied for a variety of applications:
- Transmission shifter sleeves
- Crown wheels, starter ring gears
- Planetary & ring gears for tractor and earth moving equipment
- Ring joint gaskets and seat rings
- Flange joints for oil rigs
Our rings also qualify to IBR (Indian Boiler Regulation) and are approved by Lloyds and other international inspection agencies
